My magnificent coffee creation, red flowers on trees and sunset over the ocean

Yes, I am not humble when I call the above coffee creation my masterpiece. It is pretty and tastes fabulous and I added frothed milk to it and some chocolate mini sprinkles. Below is my new electric milk frother. Why did it take me this long to discover such an appliance?

I pour in one cup of whole milk, press one button and three minutes later have frothed milk that stands up in pretty peaks. The directions say only whole milk works, not lower fat, and I bought whole milk and am using it. Apparently you can froth almond and oat milk, but best to research and find frothers recommended for that. Hey, I am from the dairy state, Wisconsin, so milk it is for me. A nice source of calcium too.

The brand I bought is Secura and I do recommend if you buy one you get one like mine that is in two pieces, the motor in one piece and the pitcher that lifts off for easy cleaning. Many frothers I looked at are one piece and more tricky to clean.

Above is another of my coffee creations. I tried this also with black tea and that worked fine too. There are four settings on the machine, one is cold froth for iced coffee and one is for hot cocoa.

My neighbor has four of these gorgeous tall trees, perhaps 70 feet tall, I am just guessing their height, and they are loaded with red flowers. I think they may be a type of eucalyptus.

Below is the early phase of a sunset over the Pacific Ocean, photo taken at 7:15 p.m. at the end of my street. "For He hath made all things beautiful in its time." Ecclesiastes 3:11 When I see the beauty of the ocean I always pray thankful prayers and sometimes ask God to take my worries. He always does.

"The Heavens declare the glory of God." Psalm 19:1

I have 2 different milk frothers but rarely use them. They're far simpler than the one you have and are made to make enough froth for on top of a cup of coffee. Neither could do an entire cup. Still it's a great idea and I need to take the time to actually use them again. ( I like those sugar-free syrups that add a touch of sweetness & flavour to the froth).

I'm not a coffee drinker but I do love hot chocolate chai in the wintertime. I sometimes splurge and get one at a coffee stand, (very rarely). I love hot they froth the milk. It really does taste better that way for some reason.
Pretty ocean views and flowers too.
Blessings,
Betsy

You almost tempt me to take milk in my coffee. Almost, but not quite.

How pretty!
I usually drink my coffee black, but your frother's sure piqued my fancy. What can I say but, I still like to play with my food!

Now I want a frother!! And I love whole milk... can't believe how different it tastes than 2% or non-fat. I have gone to lactose free lately to see if that's part of my gut problem, but the lactose free whole milk tastes great too. Have also started putting a touch of butter in my coffee. Have you tried this?

This is a fine coffe-milk-celebration!

The red-flower-trees are uncredible!! I never saw such plants here in Europe.

The Lord hears our prayers - you are in His grace. What a light of faith for all, who ask for God. A good prayer is to ask God to take our worries! A good prayer to pray thankful prayers. Always to be thankful is a great Grace of the Lord. Wonderful, dear Terra!!

The tree is gorgeous! Your coffees look so delicious! I wish you would give us the recipe! I have quite a few of the little hand held frothers, and only use almond milk with them. It works really well!

Well, I didn't even know you could buy a frother! lol. I love it. So much better for you than whipped cream, too. Here in Green Bay we still aren't seeing much color...it's a late year for us colorwise.
Have a wonderful week! xo Diana

Look at your neighbor's red flowering tree! It's beautiful, Terra. And I didn't realize you were that close to the ocean. Your froth machine sounds delightful. I am a coffee lover, and this sounds like something I'd like to have. The Ecclesiastes verse is one of my favorites. Thank you for sharing it with us today.

Have a restful weekend, Terra.

Dear Terra, thank you for this posting. I've never considered buying or using a FROTHER. In fact, I truly didn't know there was such a thing. Th asks for the info and for the photographs that had me thinking, "Yum! Yum!" Also, those trees just delighted me. I'm so looking forward to the color change here in the midwest. Nothing thus far but as soon as we have a freeze, perhaps we'll see the colors of fall. And thank you, too, for the inspiration of photo verse with which you ended your posting. Peace.
