Bounce and Peanut Coconut Sauce

Above are two photos I took of Mr. Bounce this month. The second one is of him waking up in the morning after sleeping on my bed. He also has three of his own beds.

I bought some Peanut Coconut sauce and will appreciate your ideas on how to use it. I plan to use it as a dipping sauce for spring rolls, raw Chinese sugar peas, carrots and celery. Probably I will put it on the boneless skinless chicken thighs I bake from time to time. Have a great week friends.

P.S. In the comments Chatty Crone asked what breeds Bounce is. He was found as a stray and I adopted him from a shelter, and we agree he is a lot Chihuahua and part Corgi and part Wiener dog. Then we used a new iPhone camera where you point at something and ask what is this? The camera says he is a ChiWeinieCorgi. And 100% love, except for big dogs who he barks at.

Mr Bounce is quite adorable.
I wouldn't have the slightest idea how to use that sauce. I've never had it.

The sauce looks good but apart from dipping, I'm not sure how I'd use it! Mr. Bounce is a darling!

I usually use sauces as dipping sauces too, often for breaded chicken strips.

That sauce sounds interesting.

Mr. Bounce is a sweetie pie! I know you love having him close to you. I've never tried the sauce though.

Mr. Bounce looks just like our beloved Disco. We lost him last year. Did I tell you this before? What mixed breed is Mr. Bounce - we are looking for a new pup.

Good Morning, Sweet Bounce reminds me of our Zoey and Lizzie too. They both have several beds to choose from but always choose our bed to sleep in. And they are both most welcome too. :-)
I've never had peanut coconut sauce so I'll be interested in any ideas that are given.
Have a wonderful Wednesday.
Blessings,
Betsy

Awww - Bounce is cute! I am not a fan of peanuts or coconut so I'm no help to you!

I love the name you gave to Mr Bounce. I can just picture him when he gets excited. He looks like a dog I met over the summer whose name was Mr Pickles. That Peanut Coconut sauce might be good on Chinese noodles or with bok choy.

What a cute whatever he is!!! I just came across your blog. I've been away from blogging for awhile and trying to get back into it...writing my own and reading others'. Hope you'll drop by if you have time...cherischatter.blogspot.com. The sauce sounds yummy but doubt I could find it in my neck of the woods!!!

Dear Terra. Thanks for stopping by my blog. The lamb shown was not the one I wanted and missed out on. The one shown I DO have for a knick-knack rack. Wish I had taken a photo of the one that got away. Hope you are well and happy. That sauce sounds YUMMY. Hope you have a wonderful weekend. Susan

Bounce is sure a cutie pie!! He is blessed to have you and vice versa!! As for the peanut coconut dipping sauce, I've never had it before. But I bet it would be good with chicken and rice...it sounds like an Asian/oriental kind of sauce...although in parts of Africa I know they make a peanut sauce to eat with rice or something...I don't know any particular recipes, but I've heard of it from missionaries from that area...but never with the coconut added. So let us know what you do and share some recipes when you do!

Bounce is a cutie. The sauce looks interesting. I make my own peanut sauce (and if I don't have peanut butter then I used tahini) to put on noodles with veges. As long as it tastes good, you could probably put it on any Asian inspired rice, noodle or salad dish.
