They have a giant plastic horse?
Very enjoyable walk, Terra. The sage is so colorful. The horse is very unique! A treat for me to see the palm tree, also. Happy November.
What a wonderful post!I love the Mexican bush sage (does it have a scent?)and the palm tree. The place where you live is beautiful! And do you know WHY your neighbor has a big plastic horse?! Hahaha! I wish I had interesting, goofy neighbors like that. Mine are mostly pretty dull!
Your walk was an inspiration and a bit of a puzzle...why the horse? One has to wonder.b+
A giant plastic horse... Well, good for them....I love the Mexican bush sage. Wish I could grow it here. Hugs, LJ
That horse is pretty funny and a bit odd!
What is with the horse?! That cracks me up...but I am also glad that I do not live by that!
So sunny and warm there...you are lucky to have such a "still and quiet" neighbor...:)JP
I wonder why they have that horse? I enjoyed the walk. No more flowers in our area, winter will be coming!
Hi Terra! I did enjoy your walk! It's a great time of year to stroll!
Amazing to see the horse in the yard and makes me wonder is a replica of one they once owned.Tree and flowers are lovely.
Pretty Mexican bush sage and palm trees. I have seen such pretty palm trees! Thank you for sharing your walk with us.
The sage is gorgeous! We see a lot of palms like that around here. The horse...well, it can't eat much! :-)
That was fun! Thanks for takng me on your walk.Couldn't quite figure out what the horse was about, but to each their own. 😃
That horse would make me smile too and the purple sage flowers are lovely. Thanks for stopping by my blog it's great to *meet* you.
Hi Terra, this was indeed a fun walk! Your photos are lovely, thank you so much for sharing.
To come across such a horse is really a pleasant surprise. Nice walk with various interesting things to see and to take pictures.Yoko
Hi Terra - the horse makes a statement doesn't it ... the sage brush is gorgeous and I bet the bees love it ... cheers Hilary
That purple flower looks a lot like the Spanish lavender at my old house, soooo pretty. And the horse is delightful. Thank you for the comment on my grandfather post, Terra. I think about him sometimes working on that railroad. :)Wishing you good November days.love, ~Sheri
Ha, ha! This horse is a funny decorative detail. Instead of garden gnoms, storks or dogs, which is very popular in Poland, you can put horse in your garden. I would have it painted green with purple patches, so it will look even funnier.
