"Think on these things"

Sometimes the news or personal stuff can get me down, and then one of my favorite Bible verses, Philippians 4:8, gives me timely and timeless advice on what to think about.
I like different Bible translations and find them fascinating in the words they use, and the subtle differences the choice of words gives. The meaning remains true, in each case.
Here is one:
"Whatsoever things are true,
Whatsoever things are honest,
Whatsoever things are pure,
Whatsoever things are lovely,
Whatsoever things are of good report,
If there be any virtue and if there be any praise, think on these things." KJV
This is also Philippians 4:8 from the NIV.
"Finally brothers, whatever is true
Whatever is noble,
Whatever is right,
Whatever is pure,
Whatever is lovely,
Whatever is admirable,
If anything is excellent or praiseworthy think about such things."
