Do you rediscover flowers, like me?
I recently planted some cosmos, which I used to grow. I planted a six pack of mixed colors, mostly of the lavender color in this photo, and a six pack of ruby taller cosmos.
These are great sun loving flowers, with feathery foliage, and I am so glad to see them waving in my garden again.

ReplyDeleteI have a couple packets of these seeds and wonder how they might hold up with the hot desert temps we have. I'll have to try it and let you know.

They are lovely and do well here in the Northwest climate.

ReplyDeleteI used to grow Cosmos years ago but they eventually froze out. Maybe I should get some seeds & start them again!! I had forgotten how much I loved them!!

I love Cosmos. For some reason they weren't available in our area last year, but I picked up some this year. They're so pretty! :)

ReplyDeleteI love Cosmos and Foxgloves the best. Foxgloves to not do well here in the stifling summer southern heat. So, I love them from afar!

ReplyDeleteI love flowers!! I can't decide which is my favorite---the hydrangea or the peony. Peonies bring back more memories, as we had a HUGE deep red peony bush at my childhood home. I had forgotten all about it for years.

ReplyDeleteI have been thoroughly enjoying my Mimosa blooms! They smell so sweet and they have absolutely filled our yard. You saw on my blog some of our Gardenias. Love them too.
