Camellias floating in water

Our seven foot tall camellias are blooming now and I like to float camellia flowers in a bowl of water.
I like to see the photos of where you all live, some of you having pretty white snow and all the different weathers round the world.

Very pretty too, Terra. Our weather is very in between at the moment.Summer days and cooler nights now. Won't be long before the fire is burning again. Sue

Don't think we get camellias here but we do get Indian Jasmine and Gardenia which are quite fragrant. Of course, neither can stand the heat of summer.

You know, we've gotten to where we don't even turn the tv on around here much at all. I much prefer blogging or bird watching myself. :)

Best wishes, Tammy

Terra,
Your camellias are just beautiful. I love to see them floating in water too. I should try that more often. Thank you for your nice comment, I am feeling in an enchanted mood today. Just getting over a bad cold, and missing my mom. Have a sweet day.

So pretty. I floated flowers in a water container one spring until I could get some water plants. I love how the water hold the petals out perfectly.

I must admit that I do find Camellias very pretty. Unfortunately, in my little corner of the world, it is still so bitterly cold that I haven't been able to get out in the garden much as yet. I long for the warmer days!

These are gorgeous! I posted photos of last year's spring flowers; this year's are yet to emerge. Sigh.

Hi there, My brother has Camellias in Los Altos and they were so beautiful. Of course, all of northern Ca. is so exquisite. We are expecting snow tomorrow and I wish we were just moving on to spring. Our grass is slowly greening up and plants poking their head through the ground. I haven't even begun to worry about planting; we never begin to garden here until after Mother's Day. Thanks for sharing.
Hugs, Noreen

This is beautiful image! I love camellias. My childhood next door neighbor had them and they remind me of her. She was like a grandma to me. Thank you for reminding me of her:)

We had a pink camellia bush at the house where I grew up. They are so pretty. I like how you have them floating around.

Hope that you are having a great week!
